Review: Segway Ninebot Kickscooter E2
Verdict: Great value for money

Pros:
Range on par with stated.
Small frame and light weight with great maneuverability. Smooth acceleration correspondding to speeder preassure. In other words, the scooter only goes full gas when the speeder is maxed out, as it should be.
Possibility to turn motor resistance off. Meaning you can walk with the scooter should you run out of battery.

Cons:
No suspension, but this is very important to have.

Review of: Navee S60. Overall verdict: Not good

Pros:
The acceleration is good and the motor pulling good. The front suspension is decent.

Cons:
Rear suspension is terrible, super hard and unresponsive.
Battery capacity is not as stated, lucky to get 40km out of it at 22 km/h on a flat route.
Maneuverability is bad. Both braking and acceleration have the same problem. Either they are off or they are full on, nothing in between. Full gas or nothing. Full brake or nothing.
Their software app does not allow to decrease minimum speed at which the motor can be activated and the default is way to high.

After trying many different e-scooters for city driving i have some experiences I would like to share. It is must for the scooter have the following:
i) Soft suspension on both wheels. Scooters without suspension are super tough for the legs on longer trips. Avoid scooters without. Note many suspension systems are hard and intended for offroad, find something soft instead.
ii) A scooter that lets you start from 0-3 km/h (1.9 mph) Some manufactures only lets you start from above 5km/h (3.1 mph). In crowded streets, it's a nightmare having to kickstart the scooter above 3.1 mph before the motor starts pulling.
