This includes uploading or sharing AI-generated, synthetic, or obscene cartoon/animated depictions of minors in sexually explicit conduct, even without a real child involved.

Obscene Materials: Uploading or sharing content that appeals to prurient interest, depicts sexual conduct in a patently offensive way, and lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value under the Miller test, including under 18 U.S.C. § 1461 et seq.

Nonconsensual Intimate Images (e.g., Revenge Porn or Deepfakes): Uploading or sharing real or AI-generated intimate visual depictions (nude or sexual) without the depicted person's consent, subject to removal within 48 hours under the TAKE IT DOWN Act (S. 146, effective 2025).

True Threats and Incitement to Violence: Uploading or sharing statements conveying a serious intent to commit unlawful violence against specific individuals or groups, or inciting imminent lawless action, under 18 U.S.C. § 875.

Fraud and Scams: Uploading or sharing content promoting or facilitating wire fraud, phishing schemes, fake investment opportunities, or unauthorized computer access under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and wire fraud statutes (18 U.S.C. § 1343).

Copyright Infringement: Uploading or sharing unauthorized copies of copyrighted works, subject to DMCA takedown notices under 17 U.S.C. § 512.

Promotion or Distribution of Illegal Drugs: Uploading or sharing content advertising, selling, or providing instructions for controlled substances (e.g., opioids, fentanyl) without a prescription, under the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. § 841 et seq.).

Terrorism-Related Content: Uploading or sharing material providing support to designated terrorist organizations, including recruitment, funding instructions, or threats, under 18 U.S.C. § 2339A.

Solicitation of Crimes: Uploading or sharing content seeking to hire or conspire for illegal acts, such as contract killings, identity theft, or illegal firearm modifications, under conspiracy laws (18 U.S.C. § 371) and related statutes.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, content removal, and reporting to authorities as required by law.

Privacy Policy

Optimal privacy


We do not track you, profile you, or share any information with third parties. The site operates without third-party analytics, advertising, or embedded trackers. For essential security purposes, we may temporarily log technical information (such as IP addresses) solely to detect abuse or ensure service integrity. These logs are automatically deleted within a short time frame. When you submit content, it is processed without attaching any identifying metadata. Your privacy is not just respected—it is foundational to how this service is built.

DMCA POLICY


Depvana Aps has adopted the following general policy toward copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf. The address of the Designated Agent to Receive Notification of Claimed Infringement ("Designated Agent") is listed at the end of this policy.

Procedure for Reporting Copyright Infringement:

If you believe that material or content residing on or accessible through Company's websites or services infringes a copyright, please send a notice of copyright infringement containing the following information to the Designated Agent listed below:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that has been allegedly infringed;
  • Identification of works or materials being infringed;
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing including information regarding the location of the infringing materials that the copyright owner seeks to have removed, with sufficient detail so that Company is capable of finding and verifying its existence;
  • Contact information about the notifier including address, telephone number and, if available, e-mail address;
  • A statement that the notifier has a good faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided is accurate and the notifying party is authorized to make the complaint on behalf of the copyright owner.

Once Proper Bona Fide Infringement Notification is Received by the Designated Agent:

It is Company's policy:

  • To remove or disable access to the infringing material;
  • To notify the content provider, member or user that it has removed or disabled access to the material; and
  • That repeat offenders will have the infringing material removed from the system and that Company will terminate such content provider's, member's or user's access to the service.
