Hope so too, but from what I hear meth is hard to let go once you start. And no one can handle long term use
One thing I never understood when I was young or even to this day. I knew one person in my math class who used to do speed for fun, meth that is, and ironically you would have never been able to tell. He was a grade-A student, very smart, almost a dork, extremely polite and well behaved too, someone you would have never thought was a druggie. A friend of mine told me "you know, you can try meth, Chris has some." I was like "no way! Chris? You're fucking with me!" I was told "nope, just ask him." So one day I did, I told him about the rumor that he was doing meth and laughed. He told me "no rumor, I can get some anytime. I happen to enjoy it." Never did any myself, no regret not trying it after all the horrible stories about it over the years. I wonder if he turned out alright....
Supposedly PCP gives the user euphoria and can lead to mild hallicinations and impaired motor function, more than it would give you energy, and it doesn't last nearly as long as meth. At least that is what I was told by people who have tried it before. It was a very popular drug among teenagers back in the 1970s.
How does pcp differ from speed?
Max IQ to unironically take PCP?
I knew someone back in the day who got hit by a truck while he was on PCP walking home at night. Broke a leg, he said the doctor claimed the PCP might have helped him survive ironically. I guess your body can go into a state of shock during a major injury and some people tend to die of shock when hit like that. PCP, by the way, is basically crude speed, it supposedly makes you feel really good much like cocaine.
