The Raven Messaging System

Simple - Secure - Decentralised Mission A simple system that enable secure messaging without accounts, phone numbers, or reliance on any single provider. Users should be able to send a message simply by encrypting data to a recipient’s public key and submitting it to the network. Cryptographic identities replace accounts, and relay networks replace platforms. Solution Raven uses two components: SMEP, which defines how messages are encrypted into self-contained envelopes, and SMERP, which defines how those envelopes are stored and forwarded across decentralized relay servers. Together, they allow any compatible relay to carry encrypted messages from sender to recipient without requiring a central service or trusted intermediary.
